Jackson Memorial Hospital is tertiary teaching hospital with more than 1,500 licensed beds. CA was selected based on its mechanical and electrical engineering qualifications to design upgrades to the facility’s existing standby power systems.  The upgrades included the installation of 2 new 2 MW dual fuel standby generators at the facility.   CA designed all aspects of installation including required upgrades to the natural gas service and diesel fuel pumps, modifications to existing paralleling switchgear and control systems, and upgrade to exhaust, combustion and makeup air systems.
