CA provided civil engineering design and construction inspection / administration services for the design for the reconstruction of an existing parking lot and the design of a new 50 space parking lot at the fire districts training facility.  CA’s work included initial facility condition assessment, cost estimates, design, preparation of construction documents and construction inspection. The design included sidewalks and curbs, storm water drainage system, site lighting, upgraded water service, lawn irrigation system and related improvements. New facilities were designed to be ADA compliant. This project was constructed with the use of municipal requirements contracts.
